The educational experience at PSD allows students to develop not only the academic skills they need to succeed in life, but also the social, leadership and service experiences which will make them active participants in life after PSD.

Our extensive curriculum includes required and elective subjects as well as a full complement of athletic and extra-curricular programs and activities, including field trips to various cultural sites and interaction activities with students from other schools for the deaf as well as from schools for hearing children.

PSD believes learning takes place in and outside the classroom and provides a rich and full student life program.
